Yes. I tried returning them to there store on w 4th but they were told I had to return them to place of purchase(still had tags at the time).Went back to place of purchase 1 week later and they had going out of business signs everywhere. No indication of that when the pants were purchased. I foolishly took the tags off figuring I had to make them work. After talking with them on the phone today they said they would not help me because even though they have not been worn they can not sell them without the tags. I kinda get it but after throwing down over 2300 bucks on two jackets and two pairs of pants I expected a little help from them.

As someone that deals with this kinda customer service stuff daily I'd recommend emailing their info@arcteryx email and explaining your situation.

If the store is gone out of business then head office should be stepping up to service the product.

I phoned them direct with the number on there website and they strait out told me they would not help me even after I explained the situation. Does the E-mail go to a different department?

I exchanged sizes on an Arcteryx jacket today at Atmosphere with no tags, receipt only. Guy didn't blink when I told him I threw out the tags, if he did say anything to me I was going to tell him to keep the tags from the smaller jacket. (Like that was gonna work)

Oh and I got 20% off for boxing week.

Shoot off an email that includes how much money you have spent on their products over the years.

i hope they help you out, otherwise it's pretty shitty customer service on their part.

We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.
