I'm looking for people interested in riding in Squamish. I recently moved and would like to meet people to ride with. Mostly evenings and weekends (saturdays) intermediate DH and beginner-intermediate XC

I'm quite new here,too. (2 month now) But I think I already know quite a lot of trails (especialy in the highlands) so if you want to ride PM me.
Anyway get a trail map at Tantalus- it helped me alot.

Did you ride it recently? I think there is a tree down on the first rock, if we are talking of the same trail. But I'm not sure.

me and my boyfriend just tuned up our bikes, well he just needs to get a derailer…some how managed to forget he needed one over the winter. anyways so were nearly ready for riding.

We'll reach Vancouver in late october.
we're both mtb riders (mostly XC and some all mountain).
I would like to know how late in the season you can still ride in this region?
How far is Squamish from Vancouver?

It all depend on the weather, there's probably 1 month in total where it becomes really hard to ride(snow on the ground) but other than that there's trails you can ride pretty much year round. Squamish is an easy 45 minutes-1 hour drive from Van…
