thanks to all for the support through the holiday season.
i'm glad so many of you took advantage of the 40% box.

the rains have finally arrived and i'm planning to have the wed. night rides up and rolling on jan 6. if the snow is still around we can snowshoe the trails until they are ridable.

after all, it's more of a bro night than a bro ride anyway.

call the shop if you need to use a set of lights.

thursday spin class will be back on jan 7 at 7:00

happy new year everyone,
gary

I was desperate for a ride in the New Year so I cleared the snow off part of Cunning Stunts. It was excellent to be on the bike again even though the ride is not long.

I have been working on clearing more snow and have the stunts clear to just after the side ways totter. I am planning on going up there this afternoon to ride it again and finish clearing. There may be some ice :damn:

I barely got a chance to ride what I had previously cleaned and finish the rest before dark. But it is DONE! There are some icy patches and the last bit after the sliding totter will need a bit of time for the ice to melt. I did manage to ride the linked and the sideways totters.

By the way, the B[HTML_REMOVED]K is graded most of the way to Hwy 103/102; they are still pullin' logs out from below.

On Wednesday I rode the lower part Pumpkin Patch, Lost and Found, Patrick's Pass, Cunning Stunts and Black Tower. All are good to ride. It was great to be out in the trails again. :rocker:

I could see there was snow on Pumpkin Patch above the Patrick's Pass turn off.

Black Tower has a tree across the trail near the top; I hope to get out there with my chain saw this weekend. Also, BT took a bit of a beating with the snow melt.

I was up the hill yesterday and i saw a few loaded logging trucks heading down the road. Does anyone know where they are logging?

I wonder how low that cut is going to be. Im not too sure about how much is clear, i didn't go higher than the bottom of janets. The first branch (dope road) hasn't been graded so i doubt anyone is going up there at the moment, i think they were retrieving some large old growth fir blocks from the clear cut past the hippy camp.

Rode the pumpkin Wednesday and it was nice! Pretty much no snow but there are a about 2 trees across the trail. I walked in from Charlie Brown which unfortunately still has about a foot of crusty snow.
