I got into town a month ago from Ottawa. I'm new to the north shore and looking for someone to show me around

Welcome. If nothing else just go to the gate and ask a group to join them. The larger the group the more likely they are to invite you to come along.

Welcome, how do you like it so far?
I just moved here from Cambridge Ontario last year myself. I'm riding Fromme tomorow (and probably sunday and monday also :D) so just PM me if you want to join in.

try www.johnhenrybikes.com Pedals and Pints (riding club with a drinking problem). It's a great way to learn the shore.

PS - check this one out too www.nsmba.bc.ca This is how most of the north shore trails get built and maintained.

Not sure if you're asking me but I was there Sat morning for a quick pre-ride rotor replacement. Gotta love the $14.99 rotors you guys have right now :D
