We'll be in Kelowna for BMX Nationals on the 6th. After TheRob Jr. races, we want to ride. I know there is a ton there so the choices will be endless but I wanted some opinions.

We are looking for a Fromme type ride. Nice medium to longish climb with a wicked decent. We could shuttle, but(can't believe I'm saying this)we prefer not to.(what's happened to me)

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

Not really a great technical ride but a quick ride to Paul's Tomb at Knox Mountain is a decent uphill spin with a great swim at the end, especially when its in the 30s.
