Hey guys and gals!

Just joined the forums again (used to be SubPlop, if anyone been around long enough)

So this weekend I have planned to spend it in Squamish. For all years I've lived in Vancouver, I've only rode Squamish once or twice. I know for sure I want ride Full Nelson, not sure however if I need to shuttle that mountain with someone else.

I'm looking to ride old school and new school free ride trails. Jumps, Steeps, Technical, wooden features, rock faces! All of that should suffice!

So If you want to shuttle for a few laps or have some trail routes you could reccomend, let your voice be heard?! Or your words be read at least.

Ride on!

Not up this weekend but I would split your days between Diamondhead (behind Question university) and Alice Lake.

Diamondhead: Pedal up Legacy climb trail to Angry Midget and ride that, then climb up the FSR and ride Half Nelson in full. After that, pedal up the FSR again and either Psuedo Tsuga or Low-down if you have had enough.

Alice Lake: You can park in 3 places, Alice Lake Prov Park, Perth Drive or down on Tantalus Road, you can do a similar loop from any, it just determines where the bulk of the climbing will be. I'd hit up Rupert, Pamaplemouse (if it's open, check Trailforks) and for slabs do Entrails to Boney Elbows to either Dirks or In n Out Burger. You can ride/push back up to the second set of slab trails pretty quick to do more laps (Dirks, Hueso, In n Out, Gouranga etc). If you want more jumps, pedal up toward Slippery Salmon and lap that.

This is all on Trailforks.

No sense of humour? Oh well.

In times like these you have to be open to a laugh man. It’ll help lower the blood pressure.

I was 50/50 on whether it was a joke or not, but since there's no way to tell...

Not too sure about that. The upper middle classes in West London, UK are happily still shopping at poncy farmers markets.
