Awesome weather and great turnout! Also nice to see many from the "pedal up" set who rode up to The Den…that was fun!

I think my total ride time was around 2 hours. And I'm not one of the fast XC guys. Might have been faster…but velvet isn't very breathable on the climb.

Can you shuttle to the Den, ride down, drive back up to retrieve a vehicle then drive back down in 2 hours?

Too bad some of the best costumes didn't stick around for the prizes…Kim would have won for sure.

That was my first 'Awesome' ride at Vedder! Thanks, FVMBA!

And Tom, I'm a 'pedal-upper', but not on Vedder. I hate sucking on the tailpipes of those motorbikes and quads!

no, i think a full run from the den down doing shuttle retrieval would probably be around 3hrs, however, we don't retrieve the den shuttle truck until the last lap.

however…how many runs can you do when you include the pedal up? with shuttling the most i've done is 5 (and that was kind of because we ran out of light).

i like the drive up - get to put my truck in 4by and do wallrides :P

besides which…i can't pedal up my big bike very well, so my push up would likely take 2hrs alone

shuttling the Den can be done in 1 1/2 hours, even less if you really push it, and that's including vehicle recovery
