Hey Kim, are the trees down on Tools of the Trade/Lazy Boy? Do you mean the water source on the double track Ranch Rd climb? Why would they try to block a trail? Hmmmm…

I suspect it has to do with keeping grazing cattle in certain areas.

The trees are down on a old fence line we ride through.I am sure the rancher fell a bunch of trees to discourage anyone from unblocking the trail, If you head straight up from the downfall you end up at the water bucket

not sure where to put this.. there doesn't seem to be a "fvmba" general thread in trail conditions and there's no general contact email on the fvmba site.

fyi the trail name signs are missing from the end of holiday sauce and the start of extra sauce. all the other signs are there (ie difficulty level etc) but the actual trail name plaque is gone.

Trail name plaques have been "missing" since those signs went up. There has been a bit of a squabble over the correct names of some of the extensions. We'll get to it eventually.
