Hey riders,

I'm going to be in the Comox Valley with my bike on Sunday and will be looking to do some riding. Any locals want to show me the trails or shuttle with me? I'm thinking Forbidden Plateau with my DH bike, looking for the best it's got to offer! Trail recommendations are appreciated too.

Alternatively, something not too tough (but downhill, not XC) that I could ride with my girlfriend (her on my DH bike, me on my hardtail) that you could suggest in the CV would be awesome.

I'll have a car and can shuttle if someone is riding Sunday morning.

Thanks!
Keith

Got any trail recommendations though? Maps are easily available to find trails :)

If I'm not too hung over I'll take you for a lap on Forbidden.

With the girl - Take her down Thirsty Beaver in Cumby.

if you can do a forbidden shuttle, Upper Cabin Fever to Cabin Fever to Gecko to Green Dome with a climb back up the Cabin Fever XC to Slither (or just take Cabin Fever to Slither, then down to Transmission, then Catnip and then roll back to Nymph Falls.

We're having a birthday party today so I'm not sure what shape I'll be in. Maps are at most of the bike shops if you're in town today or Dodge City Cycles in Cumberland is open tomorrow morning at 10 to get a map…
