So I understood you right…smaller car and hostles rather than travelling with bed in the back?

no - must be a language thing. Travel with bed in back and sleep in car or in ditches. Don't waste money on hostels

Indeed there was a communication problem.hehe I'm just a little concerned about the daily things like cooking, shower, laundry as I mentioned but yeah I think it's just a lot cheaper and if I like to spend 1 or 2 nights in a real bed I can still go to a hostel

Cooking. Get a coleman stove. Shower Laundry… Stop by a small town and every one has a rec centre. You can save much $ by doing all of this which means you can spend $ on the important things - having fun.

I did something vaguely similar using a Toyota all wheel drive minivan with a sleeping bag and bike thrown in the back. I mixed sleeping in the back of the van at camp sites and staying with people, including Smoke who's already been mentioned and also comes recommended by me if you are looking to meet people and /or guides.

My trip to the Island gets closer and closer. On the following Monday, I'll take my stuff and start my trip at the Sunshine Coast and make my way through the whole Island. So I'd like to ask you guys for specific shops, where I can find good trailmaps from the areas. Also good campsites and places to stop by and meet riding buddies are welcome…just shoot your infos =)

My loop

Gibsons-Sechelt-Powell River-Comox-Campbell River-Nanaimo-Duncan-Sooke

I already got some infos but yeah just write down what you think could be helpful.

Starts June 1st
Ends around June 29th

Thanks in advance to all helping me! I highly appreciate your help!!!
