Yeah, erring on the cautious side. Hard to imagine he'd be up to podium speed immediately after a layoff like that. Hoping though. With gee and Aaron back up to speed this will be a fun race for sure.

Stevie lives about 4-5 blocks away from me and I see him around town all the time. Even when he was still in an air cast he was putting in lots of miles on his road bike. He'll come back strong

yup I'm fully on the bandwagon! Even though he was bumped off the podium his run was still amazing to watch
Leogang this weekend and he won the title their last year… I wouldn't bet against him. He looked pissed off when he got bumped off the hot seat at Ft. Bill… come on Stevie!!!
At Crankworx I asked Gabe Fox how Stevie's injury was and he said "The goal is to be ready for the worlds at Hafjell". Didn't say what the chances are, but sounds like the injury is coming around.
