With 2 trips past the feed and a connection through town, one bottle ought to do it?

the course is not as crazy as it may appear. really just the equivalent of one full one-mile climb, and 1.5 mackenzie's (radio tower via the road, trombone via the road, back pains via nimby). nice pedally warm-up for stage 1, then 4 classic descents.

and for those complaining that we're not following EWS style, we could have gone way bigger - stage 1 JTR, stage 2 stimulus, stage 3 gravitron, stage 4 trombone to the valley, stage 5 shoot the moon.
do this over 2 days next year?

Please do this. Squamish and Whistler could make some solid 10+ minute stages too.

Please bring more water than that. Think of the feed station as a nice extra, not your sole source of support.

who's whining that it isn't "EWS Style"? whatever that is…courses and events should be unique and not cookie cutter

Not EWS core and too hard for some.

Sounds like you got the balance just right.

Thanks, Ian, Clark, Brian, and all the other vollies for a really fun day of riding! loved the course, it was challenging both down and up, and I think that's the way to capture the essence of the local riding…lots of smiles and people stoked on awesome trails!

for the masters, did a quick and dirty stage times spreadsheet by just subtracting the cumulative time from the previous stage…

Thanks to twinone and all the volunteers for putting on a fun and challenging event.

Great times hanging at the back of the pack with MrsG and a group of 4 friends.

FYI to anyone trying to register for Wade's, we're having a website issue as the NSMBA site is down.

Hopefully it is back up later tonight.

Is Wade's going to be in a similar spirit to the old WEA (with the fun challenge stages such as the beer climb), or is it a standard Enduro format?
