Heard you stood second from the top in your first race. Nice work, K.

You can all go to hell. I'll be joining you shortly and I'm bringing beer and cheetos.

I always come out of the Rat Race weekend with a huge smile on my face for at least a week :)
Definitely echo all the thanks to the organisers and all who volunteered to help put on what continues to be an awesome event year after year!

you can always make more money but you can never make more time.

I think it's called work for a reason. Or else they probably would have called it fun-time at the fun factory.

And was smooth and stylish on her way to that result too.

Thanks guys! All the cheering as I went by was so cool! The best thing for me was that my race run was the funnest run of the whole weekend. I think I might have the bug now…

My only complaint was the absence of the legendary salmon BBQ.

it was cancelled due to sponsorship troubles this year. appearantly the marathon xc in the summer isnt going to happen this summer now either

Why slag free swag?

ummm, as your doctor i recommend against riding with a scaphoid fracture.

I wouldn't worry about it with a training regimen like this:

nice.. I didn't see this till today.

Is there a Vancouver in Taiwan?! I had no idea!!

Nothing sums up my life's achievements like my stuffed corpse, suplexing a cougar.

so, was stubs intentionally chainless from the start, or did it break? I figure it was intentional, cuz that kid can ride!

Special thanks to all those at the Black Fish Pub on Saturday that instead of coming to my rescue during an unprovoked cougar attack stood around and pissed their pants laughing.

"You guy's are some sort of athletes, right?"

LOL

It was good to see that the First Aid truck wasn't needed (at least I don't think it was…)

Apparently a female XC racer broke some ribs. I saw her coming out of the truck when I finished up my "course sweep".

The idea was mentioned at the B-Team party Saturday night. He didn't want to be accused of sandbagging by not entering the pro class because he doesn't have or collect BC Cup points.
