What are you thinking for the course this year?

Biking: As addictive as cocaine, twice as expensive!

Going back the old Insanity course.

It's going to be fast and rough with a couple of different lines than in the past.

We booked a band for the deck on Saturday afternoon.

Anyone know of a good M.C.? Bob, Our usual voice is unfortunately really sick.

3 weeks, giddy up!

Bromont is awesome too!

Nothing like wet off camber slabs of rock to race on.

still looking for a MC for the event. Any takers? There's got to be someone who wants control of the mic.

I'm coming out to this, likely fat and lazy after 2 weeks in Europe, but coming none the less.

Who else is going? My plans are to race and then ride some of the trails in the Kootenay Valley over the Monday and Tuesday. Then drive home Wednesday.

Our first plan was to drive from Arduum up to Pano, taking a week to ride here and there…..back up plan is now in effect as i'm on standby to go back to work for 2 weeks(missing Arduum). If that's the case, we will be doing some riding after the Pano weekend.

Lets keep in touch, it'd be awesome to do some riding in Golden with you on the Monday - Tuesday after the race.
