So sounds like the BC Cup DH is going ahead even thought the bike park is closed? Can anyone confirm?

Thoughts on accomodation?

It is a long journey considering you can only ride the race course. Is the course a good one?

Tons of other stuff to ride, if you don't feel like pedaling you can shuttle Forbidden. Otherwise there is Cumberland, Snowden, Hornby, Quadra, and Nanaimo to ride. Accomms on the mountain are usually reasonably cheap over the summer and there is also the Riding Fool in Cumberland.

Course is gnar, could only imagine what it's like after the closure of the park though.

As far as race course in bc good, it's pretty good.

It was always my favorite course on the circuit (Arduum was also right up there). Good if you like more technical courses. If Bear Mtn. is your favorite course however, this track may not be to your liking.

Lot 2 could be a bit of a gong show with Bearworx going on!

I'm looking forward to the race…so much time spent on the sidelines this year that even a DFL is going to feel like a win for me!
