apparently hes going for it this season, id like to see him pull a top 10 but the competition is pretty stiff. its going to be interesting to see how it goes for him.

apparently he was training pretty hard last season, trying to focus on his dh more than slopestyle. There were reports of him training extensively on a road bike, trying to get back into it. I think he was the fastest american last year at world champs or one of the races just before it. Actually I think he had a mechanical on his world champs run which kept him from placing high, but he was representing before aaron gwin showed up.

I wonder how much support he's getting from specialized now that sam and brendan are the top dogs.

Apparently he was dropped by them, but is now riding for Team America. Still on a Specialized though, This is just what I've hard though. I hope he does well this year!

The kid has a boat load of talent no matter what he does on two wheels… Rampage, SS and DH.
With the downfall of SS, DH seems to be where sponsors are spending their money so its a good choice for him. Hope he kills it this year.

I can't believe looking at his website that he's only turning 22. He's been on the scene for so long. He could still turn things around and have a good dh career.

no Adidas Slopestyle or Qashqai for 09, Companies putting advertising dollars towards DH… definately not as popular as it used to be.
