Awesome race and awesome fun. I hope Karala and Dan found the race a success and hope they can find the drive to make it happen again….

My one wish is they can find a long weekend to have it on. Fri and Sat practice and party the nights away and then Sunday race day.

Great fun Saturday and Sunday. On our way of the mountain after the race at about 4:30 on Sunday 2 Ambulances were heading up with lights on? Was everyone ok, didn't seem like there was any bad crashes at the end of the day?

Thank you Dan [HTML_REMOVED] Karla - what a great event! And thanks to the Dunbar boys and everyone else who helped out. Dunbar has been such a great influence on DH racing in BC over the past couple years, you gotta had it to Robbie, he's 110% committed. cheers mate!!

Who has results? I realize It ended up being a long day Sunday.

Id like to see the full results from a couple categories before I send an Email to cycling BC regarding adding sport and expert cats back into the mix. there seemed to be a huge gap in times in a few categories.

ps. While your writing them an email, could you ask what happened to the Provincial Champs and BC Cup series? seems like someone dropped the ball on that one.

Thanks all!

There was one major thing that I forgot to plan in when planning a race on a mountain… it is on a mountain and the time to get up and down is a lot longer than if it is done on a smaller hill.

I am super tired, as Karla is as well. I have a mountain of paper work to go through and people to pay. Once it is all complete the possibility of next year will be discussed.

It was a great event and thanks to the 240 riders that came out and supported it.

There was one injury that required an ambulance. The other two were thought to require one, but ended up not.

Regarding the BC Cup Finals. I asked for the jersey's, category winners lists, the podium and the backdrop 3 weeks ago and when the representative showed up all they had was the podium.

Please please please email cycling bc regarding dropping the ball.

Thanks,

Dan

anyone have the pdf version of the results? I like to store it with my photo files so I can find who's who. The posted results don't show number plates.

Hey People,

Would just like you all to know that the Media Night raised $650.00 for the BC Cancer Foundation in the name of Nick Geddes.

Thanks all that attended.
