the gate is still not back from Whistler so there will be no race. there will be a dig day soon as we now have lots of dirt to play with.
only 35 but still beat the 30-39 BC cup Champion 4 out of 6 races

Is the gate back? Racing ON?
Cheers,
still no gate. we need to move the massive pile o dirt to get the gate to the top.
but open to rip from 4-8.
i'll be digging so if anyone wants some instand karma… please help
Jackson fess up the dirt is not the issue it wouldnt take more than 8 people to carry the gate to the top. You just have not figured a way to get it back. And i also heard Kevin Obrian is not lending his ram any more.lets be strait up for a change Garry.

I guess you used a forum to post this because you know that if you said it to my face i'd knock out the rest of your teeth.
Get your facts in line: whistler will bring the gate down as soon as i ask. but the reality is it will be me and "maybe" two other people dragging it up the hill. I simply couldn't be bothered.
I have dumped 100's of hours and more money than i would admit to wife into this project just to get it off the ground. Now i spend most of free time moving a big old pile of dirt, (by myself)
the question i need to ask myself is this: why should i bother?
thanks again for the kind words John. if anyone asks why the race track isn't running anymore, just post your last thread.
jackson out!
wow guys this sucks. 4x was kicking ass. hope you dont bail gary. lets organize some dig days and get things finished.
i simply can't carry this project on my back anymore.
john was THE ONLY person volunteering on this project and he has thrown in the towel.
if the track is going to survive, people have to support it. spending 15+ hours a week is one thing, but i'm not willing to have people call me a liar.
Gary I have put in at least 6 hours moving that dirt by myself after working an 11hr day.I to have put in more money than i care to talk about, and hundreds of digging hours. I have not thrown in the towel but feel helpless in a huge task.I will be there digging next tuesday after 5 pm, ANY HELP will be apreciated. There will be racing again this year the more help the sooner it would be.

You boys play nice now. There's life after bike racing y'know.
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
okay mini meltdown over.
john and i have kissed and made up and will both be up there diggin tuesday.
we will have a gate and racing wednesday night. (free for anyone who comes and diggs tuesday.
Any one going digging this evening? I'm planning to be there at about 6…
I just moved back to vancouver and haven't heard much about this… when are races and practices and what does it cost to enter?
Typically, there is practice on a Tuesday evening (you must pay to race on the Wednesday in order to practice on Tuesday). And racing is on Wednesday starting at approx 6:30pm. You can practise on Wednesday before racing, I think that starts at either 4pm or 5 pm.
I don't know if racing is on tomorrow evening though. Hopefully Gary or someone will post here and confirm.
