I'd like to pre-ride the course before the race. Does anyone know how long the full course will take to ride? I don't want to miss registration or the start. Thanks.

This page has info that might help :)

Fastest time on that Strava link is 36 min. while the slowest is 1 hr and 47 min.

you can always make more money but you can never make more time.

I think it's called work for a reason. Or else they probably would have called it fun-time at the fun factory.

Cool, thanks. I should have clicked on that strava link in the first place.

If you haven't already registered…here's the link:

You can pre-reg right up until 6 am race day.

anyone planning to head out to mission tomorrow from van/north van to race? i'd like to get or give a ride - not too keen on making the trip out and back by my lonesome…

I should mention Wentings Cycle will be on hand with the fleet of Devinci demo bikes to try out too.

The Shore can handle it. Riders on the Shore can handle it too.

The Heritage course can't handle it. Have fun in the 8km of mud, and look forward to a new drive train at the end of the race.

i rode the heritage xc race first year of the fvmba race series. it rained the day and night before: trails were muddy - i think morgan pulled an unintentional 2-wheel drift for the cameras? - but the race was a blast! and i'm still running the same drive train i raced on today :dizzy:

sad not to be out racing today but tomorrow should make up for it :)

That was a sweet race, props to everyone involved. Dropper post was good to have, as was good tires. Felt good to work the lungs/heart after not racing xc for 10 years!
