Thanks! That had flown completely under my radar.
Dirt TV again with a wicked edit.
Certainly has me stoked and a big scared for when the EWS rolls into Whistler in a month.
Check 15:39 into the vid…Fabien Barel soing some serious stuff. OMG. The riding skills are unreal. Wowser.
Does anyone know anything about who was tested positive for doping last year?

bummed that acc busted a bunch of ribs on the first track of the first race of the season. though, this is probably the handicap the women's series needed; her conditioning will innevitably suffer as she takes time off to heal, and that will keep things competitive ;)
so after thinking acc could come back and be competitive immediately, i was a little unnerved to see her take 4th in her first full race… until i read that she flatted on the 3rd stage and lost around a minute to the leaders, which was pretty much how far off the pace she finished. as they say, that's racing - but barring more mechanicals she should be set to give mosley some real competition in the next few rounds, though unlikely to be able to make up much ground by the end of the series

Signed up for it this morning.
Legs not going to like me.
Another pre-ride of the Toonie course tomorrow morning, do the Toonie tomorrow night, then race Phat Friday Enduro.

An ACC clean sweep for the rest of the rounds?

i dunno. she's got the ability, but look at the men's series, it's been a revolving door at the top. has tracey not been pushed, is she just mechanically super dialed or has she been lucky? i wouldn't bet on a sweep but i think the women's series will be a lot more interesting from now on

I dunno. Take mechanicals and shuttle whoring out of it and Clementz would have one every round I think.

long, but worth checking out for the footage of clementz at race speed :|

that's just it though: the rotating winners in the men's series show what a big part luck and tactics can play in enduro… and make tracey's consistent dominance all the more impressive. duplicating that will be tough

for sure - i.e., barel flatting out of the last round. curious what they're doing for tire/tube solutions; running at dh speeds w/ standard 1.5 plys? seems to be a fair amount of flatting even at our local events. perhaps a kevlar beaded 2 ply (at least for rear application) would be in order for tech tracks?
I was surprised to read that Graves is running DHF EXO front and rear.
I was expecting 2ply DH tires.
This reminds me I need to get a new rear tire for Crankworx Enduro, and service the bike.
