there were some interesting ideas being thrown about last year for this, think it's changed quite a bit though, have to talk to seb and see what he's thinking….originally it was going to head out harmony area before coming back to garb, but I'm not sure anymore!

I think that's been nixed. Fragile alpine meadows and all that guff.

DH start with a mid mountain climb.

The opening sprint will be deadly.

Yup. It's needs to be a DH start, with multiple mid race climbs. Passing is alot safer on the uphills.

From Peak to the top of Harmony, pedally downhill, to Pika's traverse across to the Roundhouse, up to top of Garbo would be a good start…

Here's my .02

roundhouse to top of garbonzo
no joke to highway 86
highway 86 up to khyber pass
khyber pass to babylon (both sections)
forrest road up to kashmir
kashmir to BC's
BC's to Dustys

Not enough climbing for the pinners to put a hurt on and plenty of descending to really even things up. Think about it.

Oh wow…really? I think that's a bit overboard with the sheer amount of trail. Not really doable in 1/2 hour.

Wow! That's going to be a burner! Think I'm going to run some DH tires for this race, even possibly ride my Demo.

I was under the impression enduro races lasted 3-4 hrs. garbo to hwy 86 to ride don't slide would be a good comprimise. 30mins is just another DH race.
