I'm curious to know, is there somewhere in BC where four cross racing happens? Is this a scene one could get into around here? Seems dope as hell!

get a 24" cruiser BMX and hit up one of the many tracks! All the clubs have a ton of old dudes that race - just like 4X but with full gates of 8!

Cruiser - This category is for 24" diameter wheel bikes and larger. The Cruiser class is for all abilities.

If I remember correctly…you can run mtb style bikes/26" wheels (or at least that's what I remember seeing in the rulebooks)

Yeah, you can race your mountain bike in cruiser. Best is obviously a hard tail DJ style, hopefully something w/ lock-out on the forks. The few guys that have races a 4X set-up usually end up just getting a cruiser after a season of bumping elbows.

Step outside of your comfort zone. You won't regret it.
