oh man, so awesome…should be interesting to see how she does!
That's cool but what a painful interview… Didn't last 45 seconds and had to turn it off.

at that level they are all smooth and focused (at least the top 10)
Sure - but everyone has a finite capacity with respect to their thinking, reflexes and muscle memory.
Take away something that the racer has to focus on, and it will free up capacity to focus on other parts of their riding.
I also subscribe to the 'giving no fucks' theory…

What, were you offended? That was an awesome interview. No robotic PC bullshit.

exactly. zero fucks, loving life. i can see why ratty [HTML_REMOVED] her hit it off.
once again, going to be a fun race. so many guys capable of a podium these days.
I liked the interview. I like Giove too. In her time she was amazing. I just can't stop thinking bout Nico V's comeback. I am sure she will qualify with the amount of female competitors. Can't see her posing a threat to Rachel or Manon though. Hope she proves me wrong and am looking forward to having another great personality on the circuit
I should've rented a car and drove down to Wyndham too. Wife said no. Flying back home today

offended of what? after 20 fucks in 45 seconds of interview it gets annoying. hope she does well tho. would be cool to see an other older rider do well like Gunn-Rita.
Actually unsure how she could go to other races considering her past. Must just be Wyndham
doh, Missy DNF in qualies…that's a shame, although I guess not overly surprising!
yeah, was crashing her brains out in practise as well. got the enthusiasm, just not the time on bike to put it together. alas.
edit - was a course hold during her run. will be running again after the mens.
aaron solidly in 1st (with a 2 second lead). gonna be the man to beat tomorow for sure.
looks like she just squeaked in for the finals (17th of 20 qualifiers). may say something about the relatively shallow talent pool, but cool, nonetheless.
How is she even able to race? Don't you still need UCI points to race a world cup? I guess one of those 16 times on a dh bike in the past 10 years could have been a UCI sanctioned event.

she had approval from USAC from what I understand, and has apparently been doing some east coast races here and there. no other USA women apparently so they went with her
Stoked to have another back to back weekend.
I'd prolly put money on Gwin for Windham but things are still looking good for this:
ya I would've chalked up Bruni for overall before the season started.
