I think you need to be Hans Rey to clean some of those steep up's.

We rode it yesterday. Every single stage will be quite challenging. This will be good!

Glad to hear people like this course.

FYI for anyone that isn't going to pre-ride there are a couple new updates on Pingu.

The landing of the first drop finally got a transition and further down a bridge that can be tabled was added.

First drop looks great, but make sure to go slow…

Yup its a slow one, I went off slow and overshot it, anyone can hit it now and make it to be whatever they want. Great work.

Reminder, there is no Fiver this week.

We're back next week on FROMME. Well I am crossing my fingers we're on Fromme.

We're back next week on FROMME. Well I am crossing my fingers we're on Fromme.

I'm pretty excited to back at the old venue, though I will miss cold beverages in the park at Seymour.

Last week's course was maybe the best yet btw. I need to ride Applicator more often.

Agreed. I thoroughly enjoyed having some post race cold refreshments from the local refreshment store.

Biking: As addictive as cocaine, twice as expensive!

When is the next fiver? I checked the website but it's been down for the last while.

It is planned for this Thursday.

Hopefully, between the current status of the parking lot and the forest fire danger, all goes according to plan!

We've made the call to postpone the final two Fiver's of the season till we get some moisture in the soil.

The trails are in an exceptionally dry state and as stewards of the trails we don't feel it's appropriate to be racing 150+ racers down the trails in their current state.

The wildfires and air quality are secondary considerations that help make the decision much easier to postpone.

We'll be watching the weather and trail conditions then make a decision on the dates for the final two events of the season.

Shirk,

Good call on postponing. Let's hope for some rain and cooler temps soon.
