Haha yeah not a good course to have poor air quality. You guys should take the opportunity to go do hill sprint repeats with a bit thick respirator mask on to prep for when we're back on schedule.

The site was hit by a spam bot attack.

Normally not too much of a problem but let's just say we're much better at building trail and hosting Fiver's than we are at backing up our website.

Working on a temp replacement site.
