No ride for me tonight. Have a muscle in my neck / upper shoulder that is knotted up and need to get it taken care of tonight.

I'll be out marking the course Wednesday night. Aim to be climbing up from the Water Towers about 5:45 if anyone wants to join.

[HTML_REMOVED]enduro_nerd[HTML_REMOVED] Dudes you have to taper your training on Wednesdays so you have fresh legs for race day! [HTML_REMOVED]/enduro_nerd[HTML_REMOVED]

Actually I have a family dinner … sad … would have been awesome to meet up for a rip!

F that's why I'm always blown out at these things! Tuesdays are a no go for me and Monday is anyone's guess for the course which leaves Wednesday for me. I'll just tap into my inner gazelle and ride like the wind…

Actually, one could take the glass is half full opinion, that a Wednesday ride will help open your legs up;)

Given awesteners times at the last Toonie I'd go with his advise. I was just trying to sound like Enduro bro by talking about tapering my training … I actually have no idea what that means other than I have an excuse to do nothing and drink beer.

Tapering and carbo-loading. You'll be all set for the race!

If I get going on time you should pass/catch me on Mtn Hwy climbing up to tape.

Can anyone confirm we are all returning back to water towers with tags after riding to the bottom of boundary?

Makes sense to park as high as possible on Mtn Hwy then and climb back up to Baden Powell and ride across to water towers then. Probably same amount of climbing as simply bombing down Bramer and then huffing up Mtn Hwy.

Tags will be collected at the bottom of Boundary. You do not need to return to the Water Towers after finishing Stage 2.

I predict sore fore-arms at the end of Stage 2.

Also I think the most amazing Mark Wood is going to go fill in that hole at the end of the bridge where Dreamweaver hit's Boundary. So no death trap right at the end when you are most tired.

The finish for Stage 2 is set up on Boundary after going around the big log ride. The log is taped off. It's about 50-60 feet past the sharp left hand turn but before you can build up too much speed.
