It's sad riders can't just have common respect for the love of two wheels in any form.
I'm not too worried though, they will grow up eventually…

i have tons of respect for bike couriers who ride fixies and pin through traffic.. that shits gnarly, mad ballsy too. Plus they use their bikes for what there designed to do.

i haven't seen the vid because of the firewall here at work, but i get the idea.
you know guys, he doesn't ride around doing tricks all day. he just rides his bike all day. the thing about these bikes is that you can clip along at 20 miles an hour pretty easily, get across town, and life your life. If you have any kind of inclination to have fun and fall down, you're going to eventually start learning some tricks, parts are going to break, stronger bikes are going to be built (see the Volume Cutter), and soon enough there's a video online. it's not like dude went out and decided he was going to start a new sport. it just happens.
That said, it's not my thing. I ride mine just for transportation and going fast. I'm not a part of the whole fixie crowd thing. I'm just familiar with it, being a rider in a city

I was pretty stoked when I saw a unicyclist ripping up the Ned's DH course a while back. That guy had some skills!

and likely a low sperm count…
this is pretty horrific… especially because there isnt even anyone on a bike until about the 1 minute mark.

Same here. I want to know what his wheelbuild is, and how many rims he goes through in a week.
