Only people that haven't ridden our trails think that it's just a bunch of stupid ladder bridges.

by that logic I should go on an English football forum and continuously refer to the sport as soccer?

north shore = any raised wooden structure for riding bikes on

North shore riding = roots, rocks and drops with an occasional wood structure.

no kidding. lay off on the guy.

I'm stoked that the rest of the world envies the riding we have. Imitation is flattery (or something like that…)

Now, crossposting a pinkbike video, that's something edc should be slagged about, not his trails or what he calls them.

PS - I've met some UK riders (OK, one) who had some amazing skills for real North Shore (steep downhills, roots, rocks, big cliffy drops etc…), and the rider in this video of ladder stunts and swivel teeters has some pretty good skills too.

People in England love riding skinnies. There's a bunch of guys who've built stuff that's as tech as anything I've ridden out here. There's obviously also a lot of really soild and quick riders.

This guy isn't doing a very good job of representing them.

This isn't hard guys, north shore in vancouver = many different types of riding, we all know that and nobody is arguing with that. North Shore used everywhere but here is a generic term for raised wooden structures.

I prefer planks or skinnies but I don't think the wannabee's think that sounds rad enough.
