I used to street skate (inline) and that looks like fun….flying down sidewalks and roads swerving all over is fun…but that said…I wouldnt do it again, it's really hard on your body….but longboards look like a shitton of fun.

How the heck is fruit booting hard on your body? Other than slamming the ground, if you have the skating basics down its pretty mellow on your body joints.

Ya, that is true the flat landings are pretty harsh.
