Im in love with the Mars Volta, amazing creativity, stage show, and writing.
But for a Teaser? Not so much.
I liked the footage from the second one a bit more.
People have got to stop trying to copy the "Art" brought to us in the Collective. A little too many artsy fartsy shots in that first one. Yah, the scene, the rider, and yes, even your laptop, is very deep. Im glad we've established that.

somehow I don't feel that a few bits of lifestyle footage in a teaser put to 50 Cent qualifies as copying the Collective.
is it possible to be even some what creative with song choice. if you are going to use rap theres lots of good stuff other then 50 cent, thats not even one of his "better" songs.

Personally, I like the difference of footage thing (ie, WC, Crankworx, Monster, Street (Well maybe not street…) but having a teaser that is just one of the sections might be shitty down the road.
The way I figure it, if I were to only catch one teaser and it was street, I would probably not buy the flick.
I would do one or two good quality teasers that span the range of the content. Have 2 versions LOW and HIGH quality.

absolutley not, 50 cent is the greatest rapper ever, and the only rapper there is. 50 cent has creative meaningful lyrics that i can connect with, being a white kid from poco, and i love to bounce to his beats in my surburban bedroom. dont get me started on the game:greedy:.

i'm new to these forums, its seems like there is a lot of attitude here. i think its cool people are trying new things with videos. the links that were just posted look much better than those on the main page. very nice. come film in France!
