My first car at age 16 was a silver Corrado G60. Fricking loved that car. I still kind of miss it :(
Now I'm flying the Subaru flag though ;)

Cool cars. As already mentioned I thought that black/red Jetta looked familiar from pedaling up mt. highway.
Do some of the guys just take off the front plate/bracket for the photo shoot?
Cars look awesome without the ugly plate on the front, but I've wondered how long you could get away with it before getting hassled by the cops.
On those old Beetles, is it true that air pressure from the spare tire in the front was used to pressurize [HTML_REMOVED] spray windshield wiper fluid onto the windscreen?

Nice spread of cars you've got there - the Jetta seems a lot more popular over there than here in the UK! And no matter how many times I see it, I can't get used to the wierd lights on the front of the Rabbit compared to the round ones we got…
Here's my ongoing project, not much left to do now:

Very nice golf!! I love the white paint with the gold wheels!
All the Rabbits that were made in the US at the Westmoreland factory for the North American market between 1980 and 1984 had the square lights. I personally like the Westy front end better but I understand why it would be weird for your guys though. All the Rabbits (Golf MK1) in Europe were made in Germany and all had the rounds.
I do have the Euro bumpers on my rabbit though :D

james, saw you on Robson and Denman yesterday driving the rabbit. Nice ride! :)
Sweet!!! What were you driving? I might have been distracted with trying to find some parking…
I passed by you in my stealthy stock Subaru. You wouldn't have looked twice at it
What's the best way to upload old prints? Found some old photos of my cars but nothing digital.

:safrica:
You can scan them and post them on Flickr for free!
Thanks James! Don't hold your breath though… I'm kinda slow.
