Publish your pictures as a book!

A friend of mine just gave me very personal present, a book made out of her own photos. The book itself was very high quality, and the content was very personal.

Take a look: www.blurb.com. I already made my first book as well (easy and fun!). You can also publish your books and make them available for everyone if you like. If someone would make a good picture book about North Shore trails, I'd definitely buy one!

No, this is not paid commercial, I just like their business idea, and could give my support if some of you wannabe pro photographers would like to publish your work.

Nope, finishing up high school this year. Grade 12.
I'm putting together a portfolio for a variety of reasons. Entrance to photo school being one of them.

You know, to put together a book all you have to do is get intouch with a print shop.

I've read through the terms and conditions, just trying to make sure they can't take ones content and use it themselves, if I read it correctly, they only will if you post it to certain parts of the site? so if I create a book, privately, I am the only one that can print that, and it can't be used by blurb at all?
