Ned's is not something I ride often, maybe once every two years, but I've ridden it twice in the past few weeks and have to say that it's pretty fun in its own way.

As soon as I saw your username and the title of the thread I was hoping it would be a ride video.

Great riding as always :)

Great ride Dave. A personal fave of mine, hope it's not on the chopping block in the grand new plan.

Awesome riding.  Love that trail.

Love the stability of your video.  Are you using a gimbal or in camera stabilisation?

I use a Hero 7 with Hypersmooth mounted to my chin bar. Get's the job done and I don't have to deal with buying/wearing/setting up a gimbal on a chesty mount.

Well it certainly gets the job done! I might have to break down and get a new Go Pro. Excellent demonstration of how to ride that trail.  I'm usually on my hardtail and MUCH slower, but your line choices are incredible.  That drop to flat over the steep ramp was incredible..

That drop is but one example of why I don't ride a hardtail lol.

haha, built is a strong term. after helping Dale punch out his line my (now) wife and I went sniffing around for another line to use as both an up and down track.  when BC Parks ran a cat up the cable trail and basically ruined it, it infuriated most of us at the time so we did something about it, we being Click, Derek, me, my bro (the darkside trails guy) and bro-in-law.  the reality of it is, the mystery creek corridor was a well-used passage for earlier logging.  could say so much about the early days but that was then, this is now.  keep riding, that's the important thing!
