I never understood the appeal of those CB pedals: they're retardedly ugly, super expensive, and not THAT light…

Pretty solid builds though, that's how much an AM bike should weigh.

i know what you mean. arent that light but i got them for a good deal plus they were red to boot. was going for some mg-1's to be trendy but they were out of stock.

Also, some people like skinnies. What better way to teach rear-wheel awareness - of which there is precious little around here? Besides, give it 5 years, and theyll be retro-chic again.

I think your scale needs to be calibrated. That riot is about 2.5-3lbs heavier than claimed, and the fuel also.

Sick builds nonetheless.

sometimes people post up their bikes and theyre really gay. but this is a diff story you know these are sick bikes so this is a legit thread

yah i wouldnt dout it its not the best quality scale:P are u sure urs isnt lighter tho?

shore is waiting for get the fork back from norco then going to get sold for a new bike in the 09 season. and bmx seat was for fun because it was more comfy than the one that came on it hahaha

Yeah, not buying the weight of that Trek. My EX8, bone stock, without pedals, was 27.9. And quite a few of the stock parts are lighter than your upgraded parts…

Regardless, 2 awesome bikes there, especially digging the Trek!!!
