that's why we ride bikes, and yea it's scary to think about what could happen if he hit his head again. Hopefully he will be back to riding normally eventually.

It is nice to see that just riding a bike in front of your house makes everyone, even the pros, happy.

…I'm not sure if I'm missing something here, or you are.

ps. I'd love to see him back on top in the riding world. His riding was some of my favourite to watch, but I think its kind of stupid to predict that sort of thing. The fact is he's insanely lucky, and probably has some very different priorities now: he has a family, just escaped death, and still has a serious brain injury to deal with. He's got lots of work putting the rest of his life back together too, so lets just enjoy the fact that he's riding at all.
