The trick to the Jah drop (and Bender never knew this) is that you have to hit it with a lot of speed. The landing gets steeper the farther out you go, so instead of just dropping it, get a run into it, like 40km/h or so. That should make it a bit easier on the arms and legs.

physically it makes sense,but it doesn't work in the jaw drop, because how close the tranny is to the bottom of the lip?
