I'm biking again??

hey whats up everyone, well its been about 3 years since i owned a bike because of work/school/GF but one day i decided to bike so i went out and bought a bike…and this is what i got!(sorry for the big pics!)

I was previously on this site as Air Supplier but now my brother is using that account of i made another one. I bought the ride used but its in really good condition, really excited to go hit up whistler during my days off work and maybe see some of you folks again. Anyways just wanted to stop by and say hi again!

Hey air supplier. your brakes are upside down. I just want to help. Hopefully they aren't backwards also!!!! That would be too funny.

thanks everyone for the posts! about the brakes, they guy i bought them off had them on the wrong side so i just flipped them, this way that dial doesnt break off anyways, also my front tire seems to be running the wrong way but that is the proper direction

and about the travel…its wierd cuz i just went for a ride and it seems that im running at like 4" no joke, so i measured it when i got back and sure enough, 4"…if anyone has any idea of how to maximize other than putting air in it, let me know that would be great!
