I think the poster is saying its his first time on a dh bike? Which would explain the beginner video. In which case, heal up and go try it again. Welcome to NSMB. Most of us are pricks, you get used to it after a while.

If thats just a random video you found, then yeah… brutal. But to make it more worthwhile…
