So its my birthday as of midnight and my dad said he and my grandparents where gonna split getting me tires for my car, i really need them. So i got the tires yesterday. i jsut got home and he walks downstairs with a birthday present i was like huh, i thought i got tires. Hes like ah that was a crappy b day present so grandpa paid fo it. I open it up and its a freaking brand new
D50 kit! holy crap i wasnt expecting anything and that is a huge present im so happy. I think it helped that he was really into photography but i dunno im so excited to go shoot. What a birthday. yay me

Whats the main difference between the d70 and d50? How are they compared to canons rebel or 20d? I work at futureshop so if i do get anything for a gift they'll just buy through futureshop with my discount. Unfortunately they don't sell nikon. Anyone have any suggestions what to ask for?
