good, cause i don't want it to be the same as every other angle out there.

pretty cool perspective, would it work behind you so that you see where you're going?

Great perspective… but man watch your neck. With all that leverage on the back of your neck, and shock from riding the bike, you could do some serious damage.

Cheers!

I Like the angle, tons of potential. Now you just have to make it weigh about half as much so you don't destroy your neck.

It's a great angle but I fear for your safety.

It looks great but if you crash and roll you're breaking your neck.

thanks guys, yeah there is a safety concern, but the way i've attached it is through the fiberglass vents on the D2 so in theory it should break at the fiberglass, if that doesn't break, the pipeclamp will for sure, and if that doesn't break, my neck will heh, i can scrub weight by adding super thin steel cable to stop the painters pole from flexing and get ride of the blue pole, it would then look just like a Jibarm.. it hink it would be less prone to catching wind at high speeds.. but the 3 pound counter weight still has to be there. my whole point is to try to catch the front tire and the trail.. as if someone was in front just following backwards.
thanks for the feedback.

what about mounting it to a backpack frame instead of the helmet? the baby could then control the zoom in and out.

(sorry, I had to - but I was serious about the frame backpack)

thats an awesome idea! he fits good inside my Dakine builders pack now.. perfect hehe.

um.. yeah that could work.. it would be safer mounted to the body than head i guess.. i just don't think you could ever get the same stability like you would with a helmet mount.

then your body would appear to be floating stabily through the trail instead of your head. could be even freakier.
