Kerga, if you like your photos, then don't take the criticism so badly, different people like different photos. Although, stubz has a very good point about the shutter speed. Honestly, if you use a slow shutter speed, or even a rear curtain sync, while there may be some blurring around the edges of the rider, the flash should more or less burn in (for lack of a better way to say it) a crisp image and that crisp image will be what you notice most when you look at the photos. Just experiment and keep having fun shooting.
