Being there are so many flatty pictures in this section, I'm curious how other people keep their feet to do them in terms of position. I can throw pretty good whips/tables but I want to get them flat and I have a feeling I'm doing something wrong with my legs/feet.

lean forward as much as you can. and stick your elbows out as far as they go. make sure your legs look like you are riding a fat horse.
u bascily use ur arms and jsut let ur legs go with the flow. if ur wheels are gonna be kicking out to the rigth side, u manely use ur rigth hand. twist it and pull/push up and use ur left hand to push down and over
Hm alright so mainly use arms? I was under the impression you used your feet to pull the bike up also but idk.

well put,but I just try and tuck my arm into my opposite armpit. You gotta twist your wrist abit, but most people are different, just keep trying.
ps. Will Troup, please lay off the goodguy/idiot scheme you run here.

Don't you need your legs to bring up the bike???

pretty much try to push ur bar as far as u can under your other arm, relax ur legs and try to get ur knee over ur top tube, the flatter u get ur feet will probably start to slide off the pedals…thats good, just means ur gettin er flat!
yah, i used to be all in the arms, but once you get the legs going its much easier. you really want to tuck the bike with your legs, and yes try to pull them up, kind of awkward when you think about it, but once you got it it just flows together.

Honestly though, even though this is all right you cant just go out and remember this and do flat tables. All it is is practice. You just keep progressing by doing it often. Nothing else is going to help you.

shift your foot onto your crank. slam your knee into your frame. just do that over and over again. use your legs and not your arms.
