Back tire bottomed out into the seat locking up the rear wheel, and forcing the nose of the bike down. Happened to Kyle Straight in Whistler during a CrankWorx event a couple years ago too.

ugh. timo's box huck was mental. i was watching from mid-course, so saw him toss the bike away into oblivion, but didn't see the landing. amazed he got out of that relatively undead. not sure if there really was a feasible kicker to tranny trajectory.

so that is a segment from Thrillbillies2?

I am curious who they bought all that MTB footage off of…..some of it is really old, the same race footage we had at the beginning of Bits.

I think the race footie is from Mt.Snow…..anyone…?

I dont know if its ours or not I think it needs more research.

I just dont know how many people were shooting Mt. Snow in 2000-2001 and also in Salbach for the slopestyle footage.

Maybe more people that I realize. I am currently tracking down a copy and will take it from there.

I may be completely out to lunch on this one.
