that last jump was quite the jump… hard to trick… quite a bit of air time, and sketch landing… a few times i almost lost grip of the handle bar… i wasnt really paying attention… trying to pose it funny for the cameras… hehhe

The View!

The take off ramps were painted vertical plywood covered in slippery dust and grit, the landings were piles of loose navi-jack, and the run out off the second one was down a steep rocky bank.

Plus, the wind was swirling and really gusty.

The view was the least of their worries.

Every one of those guys has huge kahunas in my book.

Massive props to Arnold and the rest of the boys for putting on the Jumps. Too bad the rain had to come.

Buckets of shit on Grouse for not helping them out.

And that dude in the picture was boosting huuuge. Drew big "wooows" from the crowd every time. What was his name?

"Sad, but true. Oh, so true! (I couldn't have said it better myself). The newest craze in mountain biking (a sport that keeps reinventing itself -out of boredom?- is called "Slopestyle" -doing flips on mountain bikes." -Monica Craver-
