both pics have an eerie feeling to them

the tree in the first one gives it a cool effect but the ratty barn in slangs pic is cool too.

I like Mark's no foot can, perfect timing.

This weeks good. The First is really good and the second seems like its to cliche, good shot and perfect trick but its been done so many other times, Also if he was a bit closer to the rider in the 2nd pic it would be a bit better i think. The first is just perfect on the trick also and its bigger, and just looks a bit better. Both excellent pics though.

I don't know, but Ian Duncan's been in the last two winning pictures, That's not fair. I say disqualification.(note: sarcasm)

the first pic is pretty good but yes that tree is way to random and out of place….the second shot is good but in the bottom left color there is some blurred object that screws the pic up by diverting your eye. the 3rd place pic is just simply boring….it might of been better if it was in color. honorable mention is awsome…..perfect capture.
ne way my 2 cent$

Whats to discuss..
Sterling chooses the winner and something about the pic of Ian at that hip in 'loops stirred him more.
David Lang's pic is excellent and strong, and though some people may have chosen it, I am sure yet other people would have selected something completely different that didn't make that grouping..
This is a subjectively judged competition, and as such one has to simply respect the judges interpretation.
