In a darwin moment people refusing blood from vaccinated donors, since canda does not keep track of who is vaxxed and there are all the different blood types they might as well be anti blood transfusion

Locally a walk-in clinic just  openned  down town so thats pretty positive

Ain't no vaccine for stupidity.

Some of the dumbest people I have dealt with in the last 2 years funnily have a Uni degree.

Not a single trace of cognitive bias in that claim ....

Some of the physically weakest people I've dealt with were powerlifters.

It might be worth applying some context to Endurimil's comment. He's been going through a shit time with docs, physios and insurance people jerking him around after getting run down and left for dead while he was out cycling.

I need this in my back pocket every time I hear someone say the vaccines don't work on Omicron, or that it doesn't do anything to stop the spread.  A fully vaxxed person in their 60s that catches Omicron has less chance of ending up in the ICU than an unvaxxed person in their 20s.   Wow.

@Endurimil Most of my buddies are in the medical field. They have a joke:

"What do you call the person that graduates at the bottom of their medical class?"

Health care was already a gong show before Covid restrictions in 2020. All it did was bring it all to the light the  system many have to argue with to get medical treatments.
