Being an intellectual and promoting an agenda through conspiracies and misdirection are not mutually exclusive. Judging from her bio I bet she has a lot of amazing things to say about farming and the environment that I would totally agree with, but then she says shit like this;

He has stated during the height of the pandemic in the US that the benefit of getting kids back in schools outweighs the costs, so clearly he isn't trying to create a "dystopia is one where children never return to schools". I call that a lie. She is clearly smart enough to know it isn't true, but she has an agenda and she needs you to see Gates as the devil. Mission accomplished I would say.

What Gates spews when speaking publicly and what the actual outcomes of his interventions are, I reckon, different to varing degrees dependent on subject.
Not being invested at all in the US school system I don't think you are able to know what's actually happening.
Gates is the devil.

It doesn't look good. BC has more P1 variant than the entire US and the vast majority of the Canadian cases.

Question about the testing: if the PCR test amplifies virus material with each cycle its run, how much material from the nasalpharyngeal swabs is required for each variant test? Thats completely the wrong phrasing but I'm asking how can they be testing for this many variants from a single swab, specially considering the inventor of the PCR said the test will amplify any virus cells without showing infectiousness or virulence (or along those lines).
At the very least, I think the test results of a 1,000+ cases a day are actually lagging behind the current date of report since I just dont think they can test for 12+ variants in a day x 1,000 (or maybe they can with everything shut down because wasnt our medical system lagging behind before the pandemic?). Wasnt there was 8 variants this time last year? Not like those dont matter because of the new ones and what about regular non covid coronavirus ?

She makes some great points in that article, but unfortunately when it's dressed up with misinformation and misrepresentation it degrades the value of everything she says. IMHO this is the greatest weakness of most progressives, especially those on the far left - they make the same mistakes as those on the far right with selling bad info and it does more damage to these causes by turning off people who are moderate or willing to look at alternative points of view. The stuff about Human Body Activity patent is flat out wrong, and she even goes so far as to use a partial quote in order to help sell her flawed opinion. If someone has true intellectual integrity they don't have confirmation bias and they present the whole story even if it includes info that doesn't support their position. She doesn't do that and Common Ground also tends to fail a lot in this regard as well. If you read it with the expectation of coming across bias then it's not so bad, but if you take it all as gospel truth then you're doing yourself and whatever cause/issue is being discussed a great disservice.

Have you actually read the patent application yourself or simply relied on someone else's interpretation? Do you understand what the patent application states? There's a number of articles out there that belay the conspiracy talk about this patent application, I have a good one on my comp at home. Snopes has an okay page on it. This one is ok

I did a quick scan of about 50 records and none of the patients had received the vaccine outside of 3 weeks of their death. It looks like they were even vaccinating some of those people on the same day they died.
Or one could say they died shortly after they were vaccinated and they were surviving at some rate before the shot. yes no?
