So, here is something interesting...Spain & Italy have banned cycling.

The thought is to reduce the potential of getting hurt for doing something recreational and taking away from the 1st responders & medical support (hospital, docs, etc) from dealing with patients fighting the COVID-19.

I am still planning on riding as it brings me a great mental/emotional escape from the world for a couple hours but will be riding to not crash.

Will you keep riding too?  Change your riding style and such?

Was thinking this on Saturday, but in respects to sliding down a mountain. 

I'm definitely going to bubble-wrap myself wherever possible.

Will definitely keep riding. I won’t change anything up. But should I require medical attention, well between you and I, I fell of a ladder.

I’m in hospitality and had to close today, staying open any longer just felt wrong. Calling two dozen people to lay them off didn’t feel good either...

Here’s hoping that “ride it out” doesn’t mean the death of our 40-year old family business.

any thoughts on half opening, ie only having half the tables available so you're maintaining social distancing to keep the place open? it's what they're doing in quebec

Sounds like half measures to me, I doubt they’re as effective as full shutdown at this phase. I also have pool tables in the mix. 

I wouldn’t be surprised if it becomes the new normal for restaurants after the first wave of this thing.

“Public Health Officials have completed a risk assessment and concluded that the risk to people at the restaurant at the time was low”

Fair point, I’m just exploring options. Besides from what’s been stated so far sneezing and coughing resulting in droplets is what we need to worry about, not simple breathing.

This really sucks Tashi.  I wish there was a realistic end in sight because I know I am already jonesing for getting out for a pint and some good food that I didn't have to cook.
