The US is screwed when it oubreaks there. A man last week got a $3k invoice for a test after he returned from Europe and was worried he was ill according to the BBC.

With so many people not having medical insurance or unable to pay for the high cost of any treatment its going spread real quick without any knowledge to the authorities. As usual it will be the poorest that will suffer.

Thats interesting because I kept reading about how China had limited test kits, Japan had run out of test kits to test the (whole) cruise ship and other places such as Africa or outer lying areas of India dont even have test kits.

I think there is a pretty large difference between what someone is invoiced for a medical test/treatment in the US, and what it actually costs.

My brother is in Korea, and says they are testing everyone with even the remotest connection to anyone that has been diagnosed, or locations where it known to have spread.

Obviously I'm not going to argue that. I was alluding to if the invoicee did some due diligence, he might have a fraud case on his hands. If there's no test, how do they know sort of thing. I'm also curious if that $3k was in Euro's or USD.

Thailand has a surge in viral pneumonia cases and not a lot of activity regarding their covid cluster. Before this became ncov19, it was wuhan pneumonia.

Due to the perfect storm of recent rail blockades in Canada  and the COVID-19  world wide shipping and container traffic is very fucked up, it will probably get worse before it gets better

Well, without sounding extra crazy I'll see if I can relate them properly into some actual sense here but dont be surprised if its woo woo. If I mention article, its a grain of salt thing.

- Internet says China didnt make this. As posted earlier in the thread, there's articles surfacing around 2014 about man made coronaviruses, patents and China's BSL4 lab was only finished in 2018. I dont think they had the time come up with this on their own; unless they applied their quantum satellite to this (thats actually my own idea). Then consider the articles about the Canadian lab shipping some viruses to Wuhan, and the semi recent public rebuke of those claims. But there's also articles about chinese scientists selling their lab test animals.

- Internet says China may have released it to quell the uprisings inspired by the HK protests. Those are gone now right? That would also give the CCP the time to deal with dissidents and dissent. If the pictures of the road blockades are real then no one could run and hide. Social credit system in effect? They all died of the beervirus they will say.

- Internet says whoever made this virus is out of a movie, the evil genius sense. Mission Impossible 2 probably. I cant remember it completely but the twitter/net said a team from India broke down the sequencing finding 4 hiv segments in a polymorphic corona shell, or somethng to that extent. Pretty much impossible in nature I think. I could probably find the text of it.

- Internet says its could go both ways who released it - China or US.

Fake news? Doubtful as there's still a reason for everything happening. Consider outside the virus news scope. Economic reset? Baltic Dry Index ? Automation ? Socialism sentiments on the rise? Too many fucking lazy people? And I dont think you actually think its fake news because that requires the following: China, SK, Italy, Iran and Washington state all to be colluding and either claiming to quarantine people or actually quaranting people.

They want to us to believe some shits happening.

With working in the gym I am trying to be extra vigilant about the face touching and hand washing things.

It is so hard.  This virus has made me painfully aware of how much I touch my face.  Rubbing my eyes and touching my beard are unstoppable urges!  Between my face touching obsession and having a 7-year-old in my house I am catching this thing for sure.
