Today I learned that there are grown ups don't know about Beetlejuice.
I'm as blown away as the time I met a grown man who loves comedy and didn't know The Big Lebowski.
I don't really identify with beetle juice

People of all ages need the wisdom of the Dude.
IMO the dude was a bit every man, we could all recognise some part of him in our selves but then you meet people who just don't get it and they think dude was a loser but he was a man for his time'n place he fits right in there and thats the dude

I spent a whole summer communicating with my foreman using almost exclusively using quotes from The Big Lebowski. It's surprisingly effective and drove the Jahova on site bonkers because he wasn't allowed to enjoy fun things.
Beetlejuice is basically a kids movie for adults that haven't grown up. Fucking love it.

I watched the Big L once I have to admit....but really enjoyed Beetlejuice quite a few times.

Look at the lineup of actors, any one of them could carry a movie on their own but they were all together on the Big Lebowski, it is a cult classic and you can not watch it just once because every time you watch it you pick up another in-joke you missed the other times, I have probably seen it 6 or 8 times all Cohen bros movies are fully scripted so great lines with no ad-libs

The fam all walked into the ocean in a circle in Monterey Bay together to put grandma where she wanted to be laid to rest...my brother got blasted and all I could think about was the final scene from TBL. (Which was on a cliff, not a boat)
